For those who have watched other trials, have there been this many sidebars?!? Some days it isn't even worth watching because they spend more time in sidebars. Wish this judge would take control.

Like I just said, it was a back-up plan, she might of stole it with the intent of it being the main murder weapon, but by the time she got to the moment of murder she changed her mind.

Does it matter, she still killed him and the real question is did she plan (premeditate) to kill him which the theft of the .25 implies she planned to kill him, stabbing, not so much.

There is clip on the state page someone put together. If the gun is Travis' why not tell them where she put it so they can prove it did belong to him. Why take the gun and dump it if fact it belonged to him.

I have zero drama or stress in my life and for some odd reason I belioeve I would qualify as a victim of PTSD under Sammis guidelines.
Can JA sleep or not. Wouldnt everyone sleep patterns be altered in prison?

I never thought about it that way. I guess the DT can easily just say they looked for the gun but couldnt find it. I bet JA could take us directly to the gun if she wanted to today
