Believe me, I don't put it past the DT one minute to try and spin things and to take things out of context for their own benefit ... And the judge was the one questioning the jurors so she heard whatever was said too ... So I'm pretty sure the judge could dismiss a juror at anytime she saw fit and without a motion being filed by the defense or the prosecution (but I could be wrong) ... Yet it doesn't seem like she did that on Thursday after she questioned the jurors, so hopefully the DT is making a big deal out of nothing ... And what's funny is, I thought juror #5 was pro-defense by what has been reported from observers about her in the courtroom ... Guess that just proves that one can't believe everything they hear ...
