Nurmi claims that one juror has communicated with other jurors.

From another source the juror said something in the closed hearing with the judge that was in favor of prosecutor and negative with Jodi.......Hmmm...does that give you a clue of how these jurors are thinking , possibly? They made the comment to another juror, if that is the case why do they only want the one juror off and not the other one?

I don't understand. If the Judge asked each juror about seeing the prosecutor outside the courtroom, wouldn't the judge tell them not to hang out outside the court. So why would that juror be hanging out eating ice cream??

Also in looking at those pictures of Travis in the shower. The last picture of him alive is 5:30:30 and then the drag picture is 5:32:16. That proves that she didn't have time to be chased in the closet, shoot travis, and then stab him.

As I mentioned before, I blame the judge for not having more control of her courtroom ... IMO, I think she could have run a much tighter ship especially with time management ... As people start getting bored, they start getting antsy and start letting their guards down and do things without thinking ... Hopefully, this motion is just all fluff, but if it's legit, I hope they will just dismiss the juror and continue with the trial AND the judge will move things along more efficiently and expeditiously ... A mistrial at this point would be tragic ...

That may be why Nurmi is trying to get rid of her. Too many notes. They may also have figured out that she is the one writing the jury questions hinting at JA's guilt and trying to get her thrown out. It wouldn't surprise me.

Interesting to watch this is real time. I'm not convinced Travis didn't know Jodi was there. Some of those pics do look staged. However, in the above referenced pic Travis DOES look surprised. The pics after that one are of him sitting in the shower. I am absolutely convinced now that is when Jodi pulled out the gun and/or knife (during that 1 min pause between this surprised pic and the sitting pics). I think maybe he tried to make a run for it, the camera did get dropped and all h*** broke loose.

I'm really hoping it's much ado about nothing and it's just a desperate ploy by the DT that will be dismissed ... But I guess we'll find out more tomorrow ... Seems like tomorrow's going to be a busy day ... Let's hope the judge can start court on time! ...

These jurors were questioned in private, one by one. If this juror said anything don't you think that Nurmi would have run to the judge right there and then? I think Nurmi plays on allot of things he thinks he hears.

Believe me, I don't put it past the DT one minute to try and spin things and to take things out of context for their own benefit ... And the judge was the one questioning the jurors so she heard whatever was said too ... So I'm pretty sure the judge could dismiss a juror at anytime she saw fit and without a motion being filed by the defense or the prosecution (but I could be wrong) ... Yet it doesn't seem like she did that on Thursday after she questioned the jurors, so hopefully the DT is making a big deal out of nothing ... And what's funny is, I thought juror #5 was pro-defense by what has been reported from observers about her in the courtroom ... Guess that just proves that one can't believe everything they hear ...

Call me crazy, but when I was looking at those pictures, the pic where Travis is sitting, there's a puddle of yellow. Pretty sure she scared the piss out of him! Something had to have happened to him to make him get down in that position as it doesn't look comfortable and isn't really a "model" type pose. I think you're right about that being the time Jodi showed him the knife/gun. I also look at some of the pics of his back and wonder if she planned on stabbing him the whole time?

I think it was blood not urine.

I don't think Travis got down in that position, JA dragged him back to the shower and then stuffed him in there and turned on the shower to clean him off. (I am guessing).

As far as the pics, was JA turning the flash on and off?

And Travis' back in I think the seond photo appears to be all scratched?

Edit. Just looked at all the pics again and now I am confused. He appears alive at 5:30 and dead by 5:31. ???

Hahn I think the DT is blowing smoke. We are getting closer to the rebuttal and I think it won't be pretty. But I am hoping for the best today as well.
