Yes, no sign of soap or suds.

I don't keep my soaps/shower gel/shampoos/conditioners/sugar scrubs/body polish or anything in my shower, it's all in the cupboard and I take it out as needed. Most days I average at least two baths/showers and one of them is always to warm up or just think. He could have been taking a shower just to relax, but the door open is what makes no sense. There would be water everywhere. In Vegas, we had a shower like his, though more showerheads and bigger....I flooded the bathroom EVERY day. Maybe that just says something about my inability to shower without making a mess...so hmm...what was I saying (I sound like Jodi!), she either whipped the door open and surprised him, or he was okay with a wet bathroom floor. I don't even know anymore. Here's hoping that someday she comes forth with the truth. She won't, but it would be nice.

I don't plan on buying candy, but they figure they can make more money for a while. They figure if your desperate you will still buy it..

LOL, when my wife shops for candy she's got a list of requests from this household.

You're right about that. She'll go to her death bed spouting off her innocence and how she was attacked and defended herself.

I have bought no candy! My husband on the other hand ... I told him just keep it on a high shelf where I can't reach it, and all will be well.

For real? Is this because Jingasuarus said a juror might be able to see something out front or is this something totally different?

I guess Samuels doesn't want to have to have his tail handed to him again on the stand for future trials.

From what I understand they are calling that older lady to the stand the one that Juan sign her cane. All these jurors should have been taken some where else to leave the court house and instructed not to sit out front. But that one is not Juan's fault. Can't control someone.

I just read this article online ... I quoted two parts below ...

At least one juror often lingers outside the courthouse after trial has concluded for the day while spectators mull around, cameras at the ready, waiting for Martinez and others to emerge.

On Thursday, Judge Sherry Stephens privately questioned each juror individually about whether they had witnessed Martinez's interactions with the crowd. Jurors in the case are not sequestered but are warned daily by the judge to avoid all media coverage of the trial.

But within an hour of court ending Thursday, one juror sat eating ice cream on a bench near a group of spectators who were waiting for the prosecutor.

Martinez chose to take a different exit Thursday afternoon and avoided the scene.

And I wonder if this has to do with either the Juror Misconduct motion or the JM Misconduct claim? ...

Oy ... I think the judge better get control of her courtroom and start moving things along better and faster ... I get a feeling that everybody is starting to get a bit antsy and this trial could end up totally unraveling if she doesn't rein it in ...

From another source the juror said something in the closed hearing with the judge that was in favor of prosecutor and negative with Jodi.......Hmmm...does that give you a clue of how these jurors are thinking , possibly? They made the comment to another juror, if that is the case why do they only want the one juror off and not the other one?
