Tie those magazine messages (witness tampering) directly to Jodi's intended recipient along with her intent to direct testimony, he left that hanging but I'm not so sure that wasn't the result of an objection and ruling from the judge.
Do the Math on that Ford Focus gas tank/mileage with gas purchases on her trip to corroborate she did in fact deviate from her supposed route to Utah to Travis' house (proves intention to go there before she left Yreka since she was borrowing those cans along the way). And this part really makes me question Martinez: Why if you're going to ask Jodi if she'd be surprised that
WalMart doesn't have a record of her gas can return, why in the hell didn't he present that evidence? And the fact that he didn't present it, the defense's motion to compel those records from WalMart along with the Tesoro records for that 3rd purchase ($19.65) makes me think Martinez is at the least unprepared and at the worst professional misconduct from a State Prosecutor who works for the government.
And that's the best I can come up with because I don't think the State can prove premeditation despite how much Jodi has lied, although the most compelling evidence for me to convict her of premeditation is her two interrogations with Det Flores. That woman deliberately intended to get away with murder with those stories. If it was self defense, she should have said so when Flores first sat her down in that first interrogation session.
Gawd, just the thought of her in that interrogation room telling her stories...
