I think he is setting this up for rebuttal. He seems to get ideas in and then ties it up nicely at a later time. I remember studying the brain when I took Psychology in college. DD has a degree (Bachelors) in Psychology...I'll ask her how much she studied the brain.

So he doesn't record anything. He writes things down and if he misses a word here and there, he gets it next time (in the 12 meetings he had with her). She told him a couple of times the story about the Ninjas. He first talked to Nurmi before meeting her. He read newspaper articles about the crime, and watched 48 Hours and other shows. Writes his reports based on all that.

Did I miss any key parts of what he did?
