Jodi Arias Trial Part 3, STILL in redirect of Jodi, Mar 5

Imagine that. Jodi was the only woman going on a camping trip with a bunch of guys. No shocker there.

Premeditation is not a mitigating factor... it's an aggravating factor or a special circumstance (like lying-in-wait) that can lead to a harsher (or the ultimate) penalty.

If I am not mistaken the only thing she can be found guilty of is First Degree as that is all she is charged with. The mitigating factors such as premeditation will decide whether its DP or LWOP. So, if they think it doesn't fit the criteria it can be either a hung jury or not guilty. She walks.

That little thing they pass back forth to each other when at sidebar. Does that mean one is talking the other can't interrupt? I noticed before and kept forgetting to ask.

Jodi sure is getting snippy for someone on trial for her life. Goodness knows she REALLY DOES need to just answer the question.

Maybe Juan should go back and just play on tape what she said and ask her if she said it. That way she is forced to say yes or no. That is my dream. But then I remember she will probably so 'Thats not what I meant' instead.

Ok. I have refrained from speaking bad towards Judge Stephens but this is getting ridiculous. I know this is a DP case but she needs to tell Nurmi to settle down with the objections. To me, it makes Jodi look more guilty and that he is trying to cover it.

Another sidebar, the attorneys play "pass the mouse mic" back and forth as they discuss with the judge. #JodiArias

I totally agree! ... And he needs to stop asking to approach too ...

What does this matter anyway, about the lying? She's never said she is still a Mormon now - she said she was one when she was with Travis.

Jodi doesn't want to say she's not a Mormon anymore, but that's the facts of it.

This jury wants to know about this murder and the more Nurmi keeps objecting about her memory, it makes it look like she has something to keep hiding and not being truthful.

I think to prove she is lying by saying she read the Book of Mormon and was living by its standards.

She just said they were questioned about that before baptism, now she can't remember if they asked it.
