Well, I would love JM to make a montage of all the BEST questions asked of JA with her saying "Umm" over and over again for each answer and play it for the Court.

1. What is the theory as to why JA put TA body in the shower.

2. I saw a photo of a box of printer paper sitting on the floor of TA's closet. The box had a water line about 3 inches up the side of the the box.

3. What was the motive? The Cancun trip?

4. Where were the roommates for the 4 days before the body was discovered?

Hey All! I may have the fog but I want your opinions.
I watched the youtube video of the trial (that link previously listed above) anyway...The camera pans to JA mom and sis and that other woman. Is the sister/twin drawing during the trial? Is she the one that is selling pix? It doesnt look like shes writing or journaling, but rather...she almost seems to get a question or comment from the woman to her left, then she seems to Motion??? to JA by adjusting her glasses..am I crazy...is she just adjusting her own glasses...its so strange and I keep replaying it over and over...
WHAT DO YOU THINK???? Humor me, and take a peek and tell me what you think...I may be scrambled after so much of this trial in my head
Oh,,,,at about 40:45 on that lower left counter..JA takes this huge sigh...watch from there and youll see what Im looking at...I am so curious...............

2. I saw a photo of a box of printer paper sitting on the floor of TA's closet. The box had a water line about 3 inches up the side of the the box. I don't think that was water. I believe it was TA's blood possibly mixed with shower water.


3. What was the motive? The Cancun trip? My theory is she was scorned when she found out that TA was going to Cancun with another girl. JA KNEW he was going to Cancun and then later on she came to realize he was going with, a girl, Mimi Hall, JA became enraged. As she stated that Travis and her were rekindling their romance.


4. Where were the roommates for the 4 days before the body was discovered? From what we understand, all the roommates knew he was going to Cancun around June 8th. They were not home when JA murdered him on the 4th. JA knew one of the roommates was due home around 6:30pm that night. So she 'cleaned up' the area and then closed his bedroom door. (I am still unsure if she locked the door). Anyway, Travis had already arranged for a neighbor to pet sit Napoleon. So the neighbor came over each day and fed him but had no reason to go upstairs. Also I believe there was a child gate keeping Napoleon from going upstairs. Then when Travis was not in contact with anyone and the house was starting to smell terrible is when Police were called by his friends when they came to his home looking for him.

Above are my thoughts. Other DISer's please weigh in if I have any facts wrong. THX.

I think I somewhat know the answers, but anyone please feel free to correct me if I am wrong ...

1. JA put TA in the shower to wash him off after she killed him ...

2. The box in the closet suggests JA probably tried to clean up after the murder ... The water line (a mix of water & blood) shows just how much water she must have used on the floor to do so ...

3. I think Cancun, JA's jealous obsession with TA, and TA wanting nothing to do with JA anymore are all parts of the motive ...

4. According to the police report, the roommates were in and out of the house during those 4 days ... They just thought TA had gone on his trip to Cancun and that's why they hadn't seen him ...

Here is some more to add to 1.) I am surprised that no one mentioned she was not in a big fog to turn on the air conditioning , so by placing the body in the shower and rinsing off everything it would knock allot of blood smell and locking the door would keep the air flow colder in there, so it would preserve him as long as possible. I was looking up the weather back then the temps would have been 94 degrees and up.
