VERY scary. But I think that defense lawyers like that guy will ALWAYS find a reason to dismiss facts against a defendant.

Why is Nurmi not just asking what she DID with the gas/gas cans/gas tank? Rather than what makes sense to have done? Juan is POd do about this, and the judge just overruled him. Geez.

She obviously filled up the cans and the car. What's he trying to prove here? Enough gas was purchased to fill up everything.

Because what she really did was fill 3 gas cans and that doesn't go with the fairy tale....oops, her testimony is not supposed to reveal that. I don't get how Nurmi get to say her answers for her and make up what would,have happened had his client not been a murdering psycho.

Didn't she say at first she didn't know it was a license plate? She just said she knew it was a license plate for sure because of the rectangular shape/reflective qualities. Seems I remember JM grilling her about that. Or maybe my brain is scrambled again.

OMG...She is Sherlock Holmes. Because there were dead bugs on the license plate and dead bugs on her car she deduced in was HER license plate.

So the upside down plate was FACING the center of the (lit up?) parking lot? A busy parking lot apparently, because Starbucks was busy. And she noted in the dark, or the light from the parking lot, or even the headlights, that there were missing bugs from the spot on her car, while at the same time anxious to get back in her car?

And she was uneasy in the parking lot after someone messed with her car, but she went HOW LONG without having her cell phone on??
