First she says she remembers by days, then not dates. Then she says she has to see text messages or phone records to see the dates because she doesn't remember by days.

This may be a silly question, but why does this judge seem to always be watching the clock to call for lunch and afternoon breaks at the exact same time everyday?... It's just so frustrating because it can really mess with the momentum of testimony sometimes ... Of course, I understand the jurors, lawyers, etc. need lunch and bathroom breaks, but can't they wait a few minutes here and there, especially when testimony is getting good?! ... It just seems like the judge is fixated on the clock and it drives me cray cray ... Thanx for letting me vent ...

Definitely timed breaks keeps the jury from wondering when the hell are we gonna get our afternoon break?

Yet she has such a hard time remembering where he lived. If I went to visit a friend, I would think I know where they lived. Especially if I was going to their house.

I drive there all the time. One way of doing it, Freeway from carmel maybe 3 miles or less takes you to pebble Beach, After that next few exits is a way to go to Fishersmans wharf. Hit Highway 68 to Salinas and then a few more exits is Freemont st which is now SeaSide. You need to go to the right to go toward Salinas and straight for Seaside.
