Jodi Arias Murder Trial

Jodi is more fidgety today. She keeps touching her glasses and her hair. The closer we get to the murder, the more she is doing it.

She keeps touching her face, meaning she has to figure out more lies. I get it more side bars more time to think up lies...

I'm not buying the story she accidently sent the text to Travis instead of the other guy. She was so desperate to keep Travis in her life.

I think during sidebars, Miss Big Earrings should entertain us with song...I mean, at this point, I think we deserve it!

Look at this stuff, isn't it neat?
Wouldn't you think my collection's complete?
Wouldn't you think I'm the girl
The girl who has everything?
Look at this trove, treasures untold
How many wonders can one cavern hold?
Looking around here, you'd think
Sure, she's got everything
I've got gadgets and gizmos a-plenty
I've got who's-its and what's-its galore
You want thing-a-mabobs?
I've got twenty
But who cares? No big deal. I want more....

Honestly, I don't think I could be on her jury, I'm sooo sick of her whining. :sad2:

I'm with you, UR. I think by now I'd have had to say I listened to some media coverage about her or spoke to someone else --- anything just so an alternate could take my place.

I think Travis keeps getting mad is because she keeps popping back up into his life. He has told her countless times and she won't stay away.

No way. She was a conniving manipulative little liar; she knew what she was doing when she sent that text message TO TRAVIS.

Could you imagine if you juror said "Yes, I listened to media coverage" and the judge dismissed him or her? They'd start to, one by one, claim they had too.

Abe, Steve and Sam?
AND Travis.
Busy little beaver.
No pun intended?

Nurmi just said something about, "The second part of the text didn't go through because you were able to stop that, correct?" And she said, "Yes."

Now ... I'm not real tech-savvy, and I have a dumb phone that doesn't text, but aren't texts instant? As in you hit "SEND" and they're instantly sent? How does one stop that? :confused3

Does everyone agree that this is the worst murder defense we've ever seen? Has anyone witnessed anything more pathetic?

I'm pretty sure they are instant because I tried to recall one yesterday that I sent to e wrong person and I couldn't?

I'm curious as to how some are missing? I assume they are stored out there in the text universe correct? I delete all of mine from time to time just to clean up my phone but I'm guessing someone could track them all down if they wanted too right?

Is anyone else having trouble with streaming, it is raining here, so that may be the reason.

Police in Scottsdale, Arizona, received a call in 1981 from Steven Steinberg reporting that an intruder had murdered his wife, Elena, stabbing her 26 times with a kitchen knife from the house during a botched burglary. Terrible as that seemed, police found no evidence of an intruder. They arrested Steinberg, who admitted that he'd done it, although he claimed no memory of the incident. He argued that he had been sleepwalking.
