I wonder...did she ever go ahead and send that "accidental" text to the correct person? Or are there other texts to that person around the same time? Or would she claim that she was too afraid to because she was so afraid of Travis?

I have a question. Is it just me or does it appear that her counselor is the only one her side. Even she is not on her side. I said before I think she is a witness for the prosecution. When he says Travis reeled you back in when he said whatever. She responds well it made me feel better about him. You would think all her answers would be emotional or outrage. She seems pretty much dead pan. What do you think? She's her own worst enemy

I have every TV in the house on so I can go from room to room. Only problem is, they're not in sync. Apparently I need an iPad!

I think she's playing the part of the victimized woman on the stand...she's being so meek and going along with what Travis wanted because he controlled her. That's why she kept going back...not because she was the manipulative one who was using sex to get him, or to RUIN him, like when she made that recording to use against him and his relationship with any other women, but because he was abusive and that's what abused women do. Or so they'll claim.

That's why Nurmi made the big show of yelling at Jodi, when she apologized to Martinez "You don't need to apologize to him!" He was showing how this is a pattern of hers...this meek woman who men abuse and that she's the one who apologizes because, as an abused woman, she blames herself.

But I'm not buying any of it.

They were just talking about the mats that were missing from the rental car. How do you think she's going to answer to that? Is there anything, like a notation in the car rental return information, that said the mats were missing? Anyone remember? Or is it just the testimony of the rental guy? And if they were missing, doesn't a rental company charge the renter for something like that?? I wonder, if there's no actual documentation of missing mats, if she's just going to claim that they were in the car when she returned it and has no idea what happened after that. Deny deny deny!

Or is that going to be part of her "temporary amnesia" that I think is going to come into play here. There's so much she really CAN'T answer, isn't there? Like what did she do with the gun? Just claim that she was just so overwhelmed and shocked about what happened to the man she LOVES that she went into shock and everything after that was a blank?

Oh bother, Mar, if she starts saying to JM "I don't know" or "I don't remember" over and over again I will pull my hair out ESP where she remembered soooooo much detail of their relationship going back yearssssss.

I would need a BRAIN specialist to study HER brain and then diagnose "temporary amnesia" before I would buy the I DON'T KNOW/REMEMBER crap.

I think JA is going for the world record of testimony on direct examination. That is my theory and I am sticking to it. We will be here for a while because she wants to make sure she keeps the world record on the books for years to come.

I changed the channel back in time to hear Beth Karras talking about the jurors. She was saying that there are several women who are taking notes. She believes these women might be buying into Jodi's story. There is one woman with multi-color hair. Bright red underneath with blonde on the top. She thinks this juror will side with Jodi based on note taking. There is one woman who sits closest to JA. She will not even make eye contact with JA. When JA looks in her direction, she looks away. She doesn't think she agrees with JA.

I remember the mats, koolaid stain , mats gone. She has to answer all that. Anything she can't remember Jaun will bring it up I am sure.

I agree. I'm clueless. Maybe it's because I'm old.

I predict they'll get to the murder on Thursday, because I have a hair appt and will be away from the trial. I'd reschedule but my hairdresser is 8 1/2 months pregnant, and I don't want to risk her going early and leaving me with "blonde" (similar to "gray" ) roots.

I think it was a text, because it only partially sent and she was trying to stop it (allegedly), but I could be wrong.
