That she is in her right mind and knew what she was doing. The jury is beging for real proof of being battered. They don't see it. All the defense witnesses are hurting them not helping them. I am sure they are very frustrated. I love that kitty watching that mouse!

I'm beginning to think these jurors really do need a good break in between these crazy incidents, but I feel so bad for Travis' family.

I feel for Travis's family. The defense should of thought about this stuff prior. But I am sure the jury is getting a little frustrated as the defense keeps trying to get everything thrown out.

Well, I'm sure the defense is frustrated with all the things the State has managed to keep out, that's for sure.

I'm waiting for Jodi's family to start ebaying off her forged letters from Travis that the State managed to keep from being admitted.

I'm anxious to hear whether they're going to admit the sex tape between Travis and Jodi.

I doubt that , as she would have to get on the witness stand. Why would she record this? If she is abused why would you continue the phone call? She was a willing participant. He made it clear on the phone that they have no relationship. Maybe he was hoping that by saying that she would hang up and move on.
