Using the pictures retrieved from the camera and the timeline in the photo time stamps of the killing, Jodi had brown hair when she killed him.

When the car rental guy testified he said she had blonde hair when she picked up the car (then when she killed Travis she had brown hair); I think the State wants to prove premeditation because her hair color changed sometime after picking up the car and before arriving at Travis' house, hence she was trying to disguise herself.

OK, that was confusing because the Car Rental dude did say her hair was blond when she rented the car. So she dyed it BACK somewhere on her travels to seeing Travis. How odd.

You're more than welcome, it's really difficult trying to make sense outta this trial, it seems to be so fragmented at times.

I wish she'd just get on the stand and tell her damn story. Then again, could we really stand it??!!

You are correct. It was blonde before and then changed after that. If Jodi took the stand she would only end up confusing herself which might be saying I am insane.
