I know its the norm when you claim self defense, but she is anything but the normal.

No, I can't see her taking the stand, I think the defense will let the Battered Woman Syndrome "expert" speak for Jodi. And they should put her on before too long coz I think the picture the defense is trying to paint is still too vague for the jury to see in light of the questions they're asking with the outright "Did you ever see Travis hit Jodi?"

She can if she wants to , it is her decision alone to make. Her attorney's can not stop her. I don't think it is in best interest to do so. The prosecutor would make mincemeat out of her.

They finally got it straightened out, showed the beginning of this morning's testimony twice and then finally the seal.

I kept watching it just in case they were gonna slip in a little extra like they did before and someone showed all the explicit photos during the jury's lunch and it was broadcast on one feed.

I wonder if they ever found out who did that.

In all fairness, the judge is covering other trials and sentencing hearings.

It's my understanding next week the experts are scheduled to testify, that's why I don't think Jodi if she's testifying, it won't be today. Vinnie Politan reminds me of the Dallas weather forecasters, hey, rain in California, will we be getting any?, stay tuned.

I think Beth Karas said that all their experts are going to be testifying next week. So they aren't finished yet.
I believe they are all out of towners.
With the exception of one psychologist.

They don't have much left to go on. Did any of these experts evaluate her? If not I don't know how that really helps her defense. They can only give an opinion. Other than Jodi testifying she would not be in the judges chambers.
