But because its in AZ, True TV is going to cut away at 3pm Eastern time isn't it?? UGH..........

first, thanks Remus for responding to my post earlier.

when Maria? the friend who helped find the body testified she mention that they couldn't get in Trevors room and heard music from another room and found the room mate in there. she also testified that when they first went in the house it had a bad smell and she thought the dog had an accident. How did the room mate miss the smell and not find his body earlier, especially since his room is right across the hall?

Damn, this judge likes some long breaks after starting this morning's session at 10:30AM, spozed to resume at 1:30 and still nothing yet. No wonder it's scheduled til April.

Well, after hearing the ME's testimony, that was a pretty savage attack, enough to have killed him 3 times over.

I liked her crying the entire time the ME was talking and looking over at the pictures thru that straggly hair.
She was crying because of what she did to him. Not because she was a victim.

That's my biggest worry....

The more I know, the more I feel she's guilty.....

And sorry for the ignorance, why are they saying the trial could go till April? That is quite a while.

I haven't followed it from the start. So I am not up on all the details. Did this man have a room mate? But it won't be done till April? Yikes!

I'm trying not to get sucked into this case because I can just see it ending like CA's did. I just lost all faith in the whole jury of our peers system this past year or so...first Casey Anthony and then my local case with Doctor Corasanti getting off with killing a young girl while driving drunk (and hit and run)..I just hope that these 12 people are not falling for the act and lies.

I'm following this trial somewhat too. I honestly don't see how she could get off in this case but then again I thought the same thing about Casey Anthony. Listening to the defense lawyers analysts that tru tv has had on for the past 2 days makes me sick, saying it's totally normal to kill someone like this in self defense and then flee, never calling police. really? The stabbing, the slitting the throat AND shooting him? That says crime of anger/passion, not self defense.

My questions so far all surround the roommate situation, they're probably not super important but they're things I've been wondering

- how could the roommate(s) not smell the decomposition?
- How could they go days without seeing or talking to the owner of the house and not be suspicious or worried that something was wrong?
- When Marie Hall went to Travis' house and knocked/pounded on the door, why didn't the roommate answer the door if he was there?

I heard one of the commentators say his body was found 5 days later.
Maybe the roommate was out of town.

But I really would like to hear the story from the beginning to understand it all.

She seems like a piece of work.
They also said he had a rough childhood (parents that were drug addicts) and that his Grandmother took him and siblings in.
While she had a very privileged childhood. So a spoiled brat who didn't get her way and flipped and killed this poor guy perhaps???

The Defense attorney reminds me of Sarah Palin. She appears to be very mild mannered for an attorney.
