Okay, again with the sass. And mad fashion sense. Look at you wearing your purse like it's a fanny-pack.
We were so ahead of our time. We starting bringing the 80's back 2 years after they were gone.
zOMG look at how SASSY we are in that pic! Totally giving off some serious 'tude.

Hi! I strolled on over here from your whirlwind sisters TR (which was great), and I'm hooked! I don't usually read PTRs much, but I'm loving the flashbacks...I have lots of fun Disney memories from those years, too.
(And I'm from WI, too!)
Welcome! I love "meeting" fellow Wisconsinites on Dis. Welcome! I love "meeting" fellow Wisconsinites on Dis.
This is my first PTR, and honestly it might be my last. They're way harder and less fun to write than an actual TR. The flashbacks are fun to write and are much easier too. Glad you're enjoying them!
We leave 2 weeks from tomorrow for our September trip.

YAY! Hi from another fellow Wisconsinite!![]()
Where are you from? (I think you said earlier, but I forgot)Hi!Where are you from? (I think you said earlier, but I forgot)

And Joanna, I think you should totally give DQ a try (DisneyQuest, I mean, obviously, not my beloved WI Dairy Queen, home to those amazing cheese curds that I can't find anywhere out here in NY...mmm...cheese curds). I've never been, but I've always wanted to, just never had time...otherwise you'll just keep wondering, right?
We totally send my sister (who lived in upstate NY and now NJ) care packages with cheese curds. Not the fried ones obviously as they wouldn't travel well, but the fresh ones. We did this when she was in college too, and she said she quickly became very popular... mmmm cheese!
I think you should try Disney Quest. We have never been there but it's one of those things that you are most likely not going to do more than a couple of times so I say go for it! Who knows, it might be fun!
I did Disneyquest a few times years ago and enjoyed it, but then again I was in my early teens at the time, so I was probably the key demographic for the place. I'd say it's worth it to at least give it a try. The Pirates of the Caribbean and Aladdin virtural reality attractions were particularly fun as I recall.
But pretty much everything I read I was like "ohh... panic would like that"
) but AK is my favorite, and it would be sad to be at Disney and not go.

Your new plan sounds perfect. I have to agree I love the cheese curds around here!! As for Disney Quest(even though you have already made a decision) I would try it. DF has always wanted to go so when we go for our first anniversary(which is like a billion years away) I am going to make sure we go. You will have to let us all know how it is!!
And which hotel did we stay at? The Polynesian.
Woo, Wisconsin Dells! I haven't been there in years. I went a couple times with my middle school...they used to have a trip at the end of the summer if you got good enough grades. The one time we went as a family it rained pretty much the whole time. And which hotel did we stay at? The Polynesian.

The good old W Dells. I haven't been there in years(well at least to the Water Parks). Love the pictures. I think I may need to make a trip!!
