fly by -- looks like everyone is pumped up and doing fantastic!!!! let's keep our momentum going!!!
biggest accomplishment -- that's kinda hard for me I have a couple. I think the biggest is not giving up when on seeking a diagnosis when I knew something had gone drastically wrong with my health. one benefit of our WISH routines is that we get to know our bodies very well...and I knew a switch had flipped and I refused to give up when doctors told me there was nothing wrong. it was a long road but I can honestly say had I not kept pursuing, I would be either dead or completely disabled by the disease I was proven to have had. Now my big accomplishments are smaller b/c the after affect of being undiagnosed for a few years, and then the treatments/surgeries have left permanent physical consequences...but I'm just happy to be functional!!
now for the less bigger accomplishment - this grad party we are having Sunday. wow, pinterest has really raised the bar on party hostessing! we have some really cute decoations planned, I've been making lists for three weeks to pace myself but to get the prep work done. our yard looks great, the flowers are blooming and I have all kinds of family members coming over to help. I'm stoked!
had a great WO at the gym today, I've been in PT for my lower back issues that had put me over the edge last month. So the restrictions complicate my WO a bit, but my core is getting stronger. my PT told me I was 'cheating' on my pelvic tilts (pilates, yoga) and truly I had no idea! I was visualizing tilting my pelvis back instead of focusing on contracting my abs and then the tilt occurs secondarily. so, working on that...LOL. always working on getting stronger, right LOSERS!
