Hi DisBrides! I hope everyone had a good week, its Friday! Mah H is off for the next 2 weeks

I got my hair done tonight and they were having a 20% off sale at the salon. It was so nice to have my hair professionally done. Nothing against my sister but it is so much nicer at a salon. Now my roots aren't scary and I look like an actual blonde I still haven't spoken to my sister. It has been almost a week. We're both supposed to go to dinner @ our mom's Sunday so that should be nice and awkward.

Still waiting for my tiara to arrive, it should be here by Monday according to the tracking.

I'm starting to really stress over silly things like getting the right pictures. I've been studying pics to try to figure out what I want. I'm worried I'll make a stupid face or something, I hope Randy tells me if I do!

I looked up the 10 day forecast and it is saying there is a 30% chance of scattered storms Friday for our outdoor welcome party and for our VR on Saturday. I'll be really sad if it rains for the VR and we get a crappy backup location. Ugh. I'm trying not to stress because it is March and it never rains in FL in March.

I finished packing all of the clothes for our kids and now I need to work on my clothes. H is finally starting to ask about the plans for the day and he's on board with helping. You gotta love how uninvolved guys can be in wedding plans!

I hope everyone has a great weekend! Feel free to throw out any last minute tips to help me chill the heck out. I bought 2 bottles of wine and a jug of margaritas so hopefully that works.

It's almost time!!! Don't stress about the weather!! It said the same kind of crap for our whole wedding/honeymoon trip. We got the normal FL afternoon showers on a couple of the days, and that was it.

Hi ladies! We're about ready to head up to Disney and get this party started! It has been a fun week with lots of family members flying in and others getting ready to fly in. We're all packed, I did our final food shopping for the trip and we're pretty much set to go. Last night we had a cookout for everyone in H's family who flew down to be with us and it was a lot of fun. Today H's 2 brothers are taking him golfing and out to sushi. We leave Thursday around 11.

I had dinner @ my mom's this weekend and my sister was there. It wasn't awkward, we did the typical "pretend nothing happened" and I'm glad because I didn't want to rehash things. I'm going out with her tonight to help her find a bathing suit.

All I have left to do is some more laundry, help H with his packing and go tanning one more time. I spoke with Karen and she has a backup location just in case it rains but the weather forecast has changed and it looks like no rain Friday or Saturday but possibly Sunday. Fine by me! She said she has a room but we could also use an atrium as long as it wasn't too crowded, and actually that sounds really nice so I'm ok with rain too.

I hope everyone has a great week, I'll try to pop in again before I go. I'm so excited!!!!!!!! We're going to have so much fun!

Ack! No rain! If you wanna see what the Swalphin does for rain there is a PJ floating around on here of a bride who had rain on her day. If I recall correctly they wanted to try to have her use a meeting room and come out of a closet to walk down the "aisle" and she wasn't too happy. Her reverand saved the day by suggesting one of the pretty hallways in the swan and that is what she used. She wasn't a big fan of Swan/Dolphin after that though. I think it was 3ish years ago that it happened? Anyone else remember? I don't have the PJ bookmarked and I forget her name though. You should be able to pull it up in a search.

Well....ok so I re-read that...I don't want it to rain because clearly crescent terrace is wonderful. From you said it just sounded like it might be really pretty and the resort is so pretty I am sure there are some cool places inside they could do a reception. Like I said I hope it is amazing for you

I remember this too, but I don't remember who. Hopefully the rain stays far away for all of us.
