I currently have Jiko booked but I'm on the fence of which I should actually have booked.

We will be at Animal Kingdom during the day but also staying at the Wilderness Lodge so both are super doable.

We're also already doing Paddlefish, California Grill, Le Cellier, Yachtsman and Narcooses...

Thoughts?

Do both Jiko AND Artist Point, and drop either Narcoosee's or Yachtsman. :D Narcoosee's has some inconsistent reviews coming out recently (though I've not been myself in a while), and my recent trip to YS did not impress.

They are all good choices. I love Jiko and would keep that one. Have not eaten at Yatchsman so can't comment. i would pick Artist Point over Narcoossees as we've had better meals there (some have posted about dining issues at Artist Point, but we have never had any issues) and love the atmosphere of Wilderness over Grand Floridian for walking around after.

Cali Grill is not good in my opinion. Last few times i've been there after the refurb, my meals were disappointing. I wont be back.

Out of the two, i'd go for Artist Point. :cloud9: That place is my true love. They consistently manage to wow me every single time i visit. Its incredible.

I love California Grill and you just cant beat the atmoshpere. I think i just need more nights to eat lol thanks for the suggestions!

I would choose Jiko. However, I would choose AP over CG or Narcoossee's, no question.

Enjoyed AP very much in January. Food and service was wonderful. Looking forward to Jiko in September

Jiko is my favorite restaurant on property!! I hope the chef change will not affect that. Guess we'll have to go back to Cali Grill.

This is easy I truly believe that Jiko is the best restaurant in WDW. While the girls insist on Ohana's twice each trip I always add in Jiko for my family and my carnivore daughter loves it as well.

We ate at all of those in March. We enjoyed everything but Narcoosee. The location is good but just not up to the quality of the others. If I had to pick a restaurant at GF I would choose Citricos.

Wow! Tough choice! We did both restaurants on our October trip and they were both amazing! If I had to choose though between one or the other, I would go with Jiko. Not only great food but we get there early so we can experience the resort itself. We stay at WL a lot so it would also give us a chance to do AKL.

We haven't tried either but if we did we would definitely choose Jiko. Of course my opinion is useless here as it is based on the menu and nothing else. :)

I think it depends on how you want to end your day. If you'll be at AK all day, Jiko will be convenient but you might want to rest before dinner. Also, Jiko asks for a bit more "upscale" attire (no tank tops, etc.) so that could be different from your park attire. I love Jiko, it is one of my favorite restaurants, but also love Artist's Point. You might want to leave AK, head back to WL for a rest/shower/swim, and then to to AP for dinner all relaxed... that would be my recommendation.

I agree with those saying do both AP and Jiko. If you need to drop one, I'd make it either Le Cellier or Paddlefish. First one is too crowded and is inconsistent; the latter has service and hosting issues, not to mention real inconsistency in food (e.g., lobster corn dog - excellent; crab ceviche - inedible).
