We have traveled Jetblue for years and have over 200K trueblue points. Our last trip was 8/2019 before the pandemic. I just logged on to price a possible trip and can't believe how the points devalued. Previously, a point was worth more then $1 but now they are worth less. It seems like we should try to use them before they become even less valuable.

this is the same for any point system - best thing to do seems to earn and burn

the worst part is its been hard to use them over the last two years- I have multiple Hotel and Airline programs and they all seem to be devaluing more and more

Just want to make sure you know that TrueBlue points can only be used on their Blue fares or higher. Their point value would be significantly less if comparing to their (relatively) new Blue Basic fares.

I do agree that their points have been devalued since the pandemic, not too unexpected honestly, but I regularly get $1.5 to $1.6 per point. It requires a bit more monitoring for price drops now though than it did previously!

Yup and you can no longer use points for Blue Basic fares. This is a significant change, because it doesn't make sense for someone with a Plus card (which includes free checked bag) to buy a fare that has a free bag.
