Thanks, Kisobel! Now it's time to play "do I buy now, or hope the fare goes down AND my flights are still available" :teeth:

I just checked the Jetblue website and there are only flights through Sept. 4. I also checked Kayak and they don't show anything. I am looking for Nov. Where did you find flights through Oct.?

Just remember that if you book at a higher rate and the prices go down, JetBlue will put a credit in your True Blue account for use on a future flight.

I just checked on jetblue.com and they had fights available for my dates at the end of October.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I just checked Jetblue.com again and although their calendar will allow you to select a date past Sept. 4, when you actually select a date past then, and try to book it, you get an error message saying "We're not selling seats yet on the date you selected. Currently, we're selling seats for all destinations through September 04, 2007. Please check back again soon for flights after that date."

I looked this morning...nothing. But it was up on Kayak.com. Now Jetblue.com has up later in September...unfortunately too much $$ for a quick 4 day trip!

Holy moley. They're opening for service to Orlando from Dulles in May and I was looking for flights that match with my times.

the only good prices are for connecting flights with long layovers in New York. I think I'll be sticking with Southwest for the time being.

The JetBlue site appears to not have been fully updated yet. Look for the flight on the main page, do not click on the book a flight tab, it let's you book for past September. I just booked for September 22nd through the 29th. If you try on Kayak.com it will also take you directly to the JetBlue site and let you book.

It seems that they are only booking until the end of October. The reason I was having a problem, is that I am trying to book for the first week in November, and it won't allow me to book that yet. I wonder if they will extend the dates through Nov./Dec. soon, since the calendar shows those dates as being available and it didn't before. Last year, I think when they extended the bookings beyond the beginning of Sept, they did Sept - Jan. all at once. I hope it is soon.

michboro - since you're sure of your dates (apparently, anyway), you can always just book the outbound flight now and pay attention to this board to see when the dates are extended again. No price penalty for one-way flights on JetBlue.

And, TLinden - thank you. My "problem" is I have a voucher to use that only be redeemed on the phone... and every time I've tried calling JetBlue today, I get a recording stating that due to very heavy call volume, phone waits are extremely long and you should book online; or, if you need to speak with a person, call back at a later time. Then (and I have this part memorized :)) "This call will end now". And it does.

Can someone please explain to me what this means??

Thank you

It means that they do not charge you extra for booking a flight just one way so let's say I book my flight BOS to MCO but I do not book a flight back from MCO to BOS. Most airlines charge you more for the one way ticket then they would have for the round trip flight.

I can't book my outbound flight yet, because they don't have the flight schedule for Nov. yet. I need a flight out on Nov.3 and return flight on Nov. 11. Last year the Nov. flights were released around May 12, so I guess I'll just have to impatiently wait until then. Thanks for the input.

You're welcome. I JUST got off the phone with JetBlue (I'm going to Disney World!!!!) and the rep said the dates were just extended yesterday; so, yeah, early-mid May seems reasonable for November/December flights.

Can someone post the link to the page that you can book on, I can't get it to let me book October 21st, 07. It keeps telling me up to September 4th only.

You have the right page, but for some reason it's not showing BUF flights beyond September 4. You could try calling JetBlue - the beginning recording I got said fares are available through September 4, but the reservationist said it hasn't been updated yet.
