Jetblue changes due to illness?

We arrived at WDW on Sunday at midnight (slight delay due to snow) and DD started throwing up that night. She has been under the weather for the whole trip, and now DH started with it last night. Any way JetBlue will let us change flights to stay longer? We are scheduled to leave early Saturday, and snow storm is predicted at home for later that day. Also might need to take DD to see a doctor. So disappointing. ):

They'll let you change, but likely charge you each the change fee ($50 for fares under $100, $100 for fares over $100). If there's a travel alert for Saturday - WBZ weather just predicts "a few flakes", with the storm coming Sunday - they'll likely let you change for no charge. But you have to wait intel the travel alert is posted. They won't credit your TrueBlue account if you make a change now for illness and later they post a travel alert that affects your flight.

Thanks, I figured it would be very expensive to change it. There is no resort availability anyway, just checked. ):

Did you check resort availability through Disney's website or the front desk? Even when a resort is full, there are usually rooms available. A few years ago I was at Disney with my mom. She was supposed to transfer from Coronado to one of the AllStars midtrip because when she booked, she couldn't get her full trip at one resort because they were full. Well during the trip, her diverticulitis acted up, and I wasn't thrilled about her being away from me when she didn't feel well. I went to the front desk and explained the situation. The manager was able to get her a room in the same building we were in and on the same floor. I just wanted the same resort - so moving down the hall was awesome (especially if you know how big Coronado Springs is!) So my point is - if you do decide to stay - talk to the front desk. They may be able to help you get a room when the website is showing booked.

Also - If you need to get to a doctor down there, the front desk can help you with that, too. Centracare will come pick you up at the resort and return you afterwards.

It wouldn't shock me that most on-site hotels are sold out this weekend; the Disney World Princess Half Marathon is Sunday.
