Not too thrilled with the prices going down. Evening flight out of BOS is only $113, but I wanted the morning which is $138. Think I should wait? I know I cam get a credit, but I probably won't be flying on them again for at least a year.
I book my flights as soon as I see a fare I can live with. I booked my flights as soon as they were released,$124 out of Logan(6:35am) and $89 return. They never went lower, only higher.
so,think about it,but don't think too long. Have a great trip!
Thanks for posting. I didn't think we would see them until May. My fare for Nov. 12 home is good ($70), but the rest of my family who are coming home on Nov. 7th fare is double that ($150), so I'll get mine and wait for their's.
My flight home is $374. I have been waiting hoping to book 11/7 right away but I will keep checking. Thats way to much for 4 people each on a one way flight!!
Those prices sounds way better than Southwest's from Hartford in Aug. I say go for it. Though I can't seem to do that for myself yet - it's just too expensive
I was waiting for this release to book a trip to LA at Thanksgiving for my nephew's wedding. The rates are. To go when we want to non-stop is $900 rt per person. If we do layovers we can get down to $700 rt per person. Yet American has nonstops for $450 rt exactly when we want to go. I love JetBlue, but not that much.

I know what you mean. The fares for my trip our outrageous. Going down not too bad but coming home is crazy. I am playing around with changing my dates but it really is disappointing.

I am looking into that and also the idea of cutting one day from our trip so help offset the additional cost in airfare. Either way, I am still going to Disney World.

I just booked JB for November (Thanksgiving weekend) to December for 3 people for non-stop flights each way and the fare was 673.00 (incl. taxes and no charge for 1 checked bag per person). That is the cheapest fare I have seen in the NY metro area, they may go down but I wasn't going to take the chance since my sister is paying 1500.00 for 4 seats round trip from Hartford for the same dates.

Me too!! Mco to ewr on Nov 7, $374!! I booked Continental home the following morning at 6:55 am for $127; the kids will have to miss a half day of school. Can't justify the extra $1000, that's ridiculous...
Just booked BOS to Orlando, Nov 21st through Dec 5th for $247 each RT which I'm hoping is a good deal, especially being so close to Thanksgiving... in 08 we paid 355 ea RT during the same time...
I booked HPN to MCO on JetBlue for approx $350 pp/RT from 11/23=11/29. Probably paid more than I should have but I liked the times of the flights and they were actually cheaper than flying out of BDL. We flew last year Tu-Tu instead of Tu-Mon and I think we paid a total of $300 less. Well I will just keep an eye on the fares and get a credit if the price goes down.

I did the same exact thing. I was a little disappointed with JB's prices. I was hoping for less than $300 PP/RT. I'm leaving the 23rd also. I paid $104 going down. We're coming back the 28th and the best I could do was $238. I took it assuming it wasn't going to get any cheaper. I cashed in some Amex points to offset the total cost. Still with taxes and everything it came to about $1600 for the 5 of us.
BDL was a joke. The return flight on Sunday was like $379. Airtran still has not posted flights for this week though their online calendar shows dates through Jan. But I don't trust them.
