Has anyone gotten less than $99 each way? Going Nov 13-20, SW from MHT hasn't had many good deals lately so thinking of driving to BOS for Jet Blue.....

Did you check October? The fares will at least give you an idea of what the November fares might be. Don't forget to calculate gas, drive time, and parking into your comparison.
