I want to thank Jennifer for going out of her way to make our first day at Disney magical. She had us rest while SHE went and retrieved our DDE temporary card from the front gate of EPCOT. This was way beyond the call of duty but with two kid in tow, it was really appreciated!!!!
Secondly, Jake at the Rock'n'Roll Coaster made my daughter's birtday special. When we abandoned the Fastpass Line, because the wait was too long there (12/27), he must have noticed her birthday button and ushered us to the front of the line because he didn't want our day to be a total bust!!
Many other CM's noticed my daughters birthday and made it special. Micheal at the Biergarten was great and brought out a cake for my daughter and he was really busy. Great service.
Thanks to all the cast members at Disney, we will be back!!!
