Are you feeling better?
Hi Rachel,HI,
Just catching up and wanted to say your doing a great Job and that your enthusiasm and motivation has really helped me, I have really enjoyed reading your succsess so far.![]()
Great job Jennifer!
An average of 2 pounds a week will get you where you want to go. And it will stay off!
Have a great weekend!
Wendy
Hi Jennifer, you are doing so well! I like your six days on, one day off plan. It really helps to know you can have things like pizza, just not too often! You may have only lost one pound due to gaining muscle. That is some serious climbing you are doing on that treadmill, I would imagine that sort of routine really builds some muscle up! Keep up the great work! And I'll bet your doctor is very pleased with you!
I know how you feel about the one pound weight loss. I only loss one pound this week, although I kinda fell off the exercise wagon so that is probably the reason. It was just disappointing after seeing four pounds loss last week. Oh well. I am just glad that I still had a loss.
I really enjoy reading your posts because it helps keep me motivated. Best wishes
I think it is so great that your plan is working for you! I think to many people try to force themselves into a really strict plan, and that's super hard to stick too--esp. if you're like me and need my cookies from time to time.!
Does your gym have an ellpitical? I ask because last year when I was going to the gym, and before I knew how bad my back was, the elliptical seemed so much better on my knees and hips. I still got a really good workout in, but it was more gentle? If you get bored on the treadmill, it might be a nice change of pace.
Speaking of the TM--awesome work! You are really kicking some butt. That incline is no joke (my thighs ache just thinking about it) Keep it up!
