We are planning a DCL cruise on the Dream in September.
Is Jedi training offered on the Dream on 4 night Bahamas sailings or only on the Star Wars at Seas cruises?
If so what is the process for kids to participate?

The Jedi training where they take the kids to the theater and they wear robes, get the lightsabers and fight a character is only done on the Fantasy during the SWDAS cruises. I don't know if they ever have some type of other sw characters come into the kids clubs on the Dream or not. If they do, I've never seen it mentioned on here. I would guess that they don't, we've been on 2 SWDAS cruises, and 3 regular cruises(we haven't been on the Dream though). My dd always goes to the kid clubs and the only time she's seen any SW characters were on the SW cruises.

They offer a Jedi training in the kids club on Dream, but it is different from the Jedi training offered in the theatre on Fantasy on SWDAS. On Fantasy, kids get to fight Darth Vader with a lightsaber. On Dream, kids get to make some cubes and R2D2 move and they mind-control some stormtroopers. They do not need to signup. The activity is listed in the app and the kids just show up.
