Because I seriously doubt these people were waiting in the RD line outside of Hollywood Studios at 7:30 or 7:45 in the morning when the park doesn't even open until 9 am. Some people with prepark opening ADRs tend to get to the parks at 7:30 am. If someone was actually waiting at the front gates this early to get into HS to sign up for Jedi Training at 7:40 without an early BF, then I can see your reasoning, but I highly doubt many of these people are waiting this long while diners are "being entertained." Plus, these people with early ADRs had the foresight to plan accordingly since historically this is how JTA has typically worked. Not trying to get into a huge debate. We've actually never even done Jedi Training. I just don't get why people with prepark BFs should be penalized for JTA sign-ups when they physically cannot wait in the RD line. Just doesn't seem fair...Why should eating breakfast in an air conditioned building give you the right to be in the front of a line for JTA? The way I see it, you were entertained for an hour while others stood in line. It's not like Disney advertises that the ADR gives you first in line access. And there is precedence for this, Fantasmic Dinner package comes to mind. Just my 2 cents.
