japanese restaurant/vegetarians/dining plan

Which Japanese restaurant cooks in front of you? And is that included in the dining plan? We are going in July and heard that it is really neat there.
Also, do they cater to vegetarians?

The answer is "Teppanyaki"!

It is on the dining plan, but has a few exclusions.

I'm not sure how well they work with vegetarians there. Most Disney restaurants do a great job, but that one, for various reasons, I'm not so sure is much like the rest of the Disney restaurants.
