It not even close for me,one of the hottest wettest months in the peak of hurricane season versus one of the driest,coolest months.Can it get cold in January,maybe, but most likely you'll get a day with highs in the 60's or 70's with lows around 50,at least for me it doesn't get more perfect than that.I do however live in Florida and can't stand the heat and rain,I do like 1-2 trips to Orlando between April and September and probably about 7-9 the rest of the year but I can understand if you're coming from a cold climate and want to do the waterparks or spend some time at the pool,in that case September would be a better option,(even if it rains on you for 3 hours at 1pm,LOL).
