Y'all are doing great!! I have thrown in the towel for January, I'm such a bad hostess! LOL
Every time I turn around people need stuff. Clothes, new shoes, etc. I need to be on board for most of Feb though, because we are headed to WDW at the end of the month for the 1/2 marathon. I do plan to do some shopping at the expo!

I hope everyone finishes strong!

I'm planning on participating in February. And I'm going to look for a weight loss thread like this one, because the accountability helps me (even if no one else reads it, just writing it down for myself helps).

PS - Any day I or DH spends any amount of money gets counted as a spend. I only bought groceries (saved 55%) on Saturday, but that's still a spend day for me. I used to track amounts, but this way is much easier for me.

If DS13 doesn't stop growing, I'm putting him in a box, I've bought school uniforms 3 times already this year. I told him he can't grow again until we go to summer uniform. And DD just informed me that her sneakers are to small, no wonder she won't wear them!
And DS17 needed new trainers for track, he's putting 400+ miles on a pair of shoes every 3 months. That boy needs a job! LOL

Come visit us here on the WISH boards. We have a monthly challenge for weight loss. Great, supportive group of people, I love them!

18/22 No Buy Days

No plans to shop until Friday so I may only be one day short of my goal! :woohoo:

Just wrapping up this month because we're not going anywhere tomorrow--well, maybe we will walk to the library, but that is about it. But I will probably get some groceries on Thursday and most likely spend a little on Friday because we want to get bogo free bagel sandwiches for breakfast.

Met my goal of 15 no-buy days and I'll be back for February as we still want to save for 2 possible trips and put extra money into the IRAs (which we did do earlier this week, but did not max out). And then, of course, I have to do our taxes and hopefully will get a decent refund...
