Just completed my first Wii Biggest Loser session. Starting slow and finishing strong!

So as of today I am 123 / 500 for January! I cannot wait to exceed my goal. Now if the pounds would start falling off. My body is not cooperating. Middle age has set in. I have a big birthday next week and my body must be rebelling because I am eating right and exercising. It is battle of wills and my body must adjust! I am not willing to continue at this weight!

We are going to WDW at end of March and I swear I can lose 20 pounds then!:yay::woohoo::yay::woohoo:
 

Getting to the computer has been a little tough this week, but I did get in two 30 minute WiiFit workouts since my last update.

I got 40 minutes out of my driveway shovelling this morning. Nothing like some snow to get your heart pumping.

One of my goals for the new year is to come here to update more often so here I am. As of today I am at 270/1800 min for Jan. Not a great start, but at least I am moving.
