50 min walk today so that puts me at 500/500 obviously going to surpass my goal. Whoo hooo. Cant wait until I see the total at the end of the month.:goodvibes

I am at 710/1800. That means I am running a little behind schedule so far for the month, but I know I can catch up. I missed last month, don't want to do that again. Doesn't take much of a drop in exercise for it to show up on the scale and in how my clothes fit! :earseek:

That's exactly what I was thinking and did too. Guess it's RV show weekend as ours was in St. Louis.
 
Another 50 min today and I actually started the C25K (preliminary run) today. Just warming up for my start on Feb 1st. Job/walked today. I am sure it was not the perfect program but I tried my best.

I just picked up a used Nordic Track yesterday. Hoping I can get to 45 minutes on it. I can do my elliptical or work out tapes for 45-60 minutes but not on my NT. I can hardly do my arms and legs at the same time :rotfl2:

1/18 60 minutes

1/19 30 minutes (so far)

That brings me to 970/1375. Just 35 minutes per day for the remainder of January will get me to my goal plus a bit! ...............P

Happy Monday!! Well, I hope so for everyone's sake!

Off to update. Looks like the month is going well for most. Seems we are mostly right on track.

I am still dealing with computer issues,but everyone is finally beginning to get back into the school/work routine, so I should be able to get more computer time til they get us a new computer.

I have finally caught up with my walking goal for the year, but since we are to have rain/snow the next 4-5 days, I will likely lapse again. Or I may just have to count WATP miles.
