this thread makes me realize how inactive i am. which is a good thing need to get my butt moving more
 
30 min this morning puts me at 223/600. I'm definitely not going to make my goal, but I'm aiming to get in the mindset before February!!

I look to be right on target for this month, next weekend will make or break it for me.
 
I found a fun new way to WiiFit this morning...After some balance an aerobic games, I did the 30 minute free step, changing over to my WDW attractions DVDs for entertainment while I walked. I walked through Wishes, Jungle Cruise, Buzz Lightyear and Big Thunder Mountain Raildroad (yeah, they're in an odd order). Tomorrow, I'll pick up where I left off.

Not a bad day today.

35 on the WiiFit Plus this morning and another 30 worth of walking at the Science Center today.

100 min the last 2 days now 1030/500 whoot I doubled my goal!!
