January Exercise Challenge- Start the New Year off RIGHT!!!

I'm here! I just updated my total for Dec, and I'm bumping up my goal for Jan to 1700 min. I'm getting back on track with food and I'm looking to see those numbers on that scale move down some more!

So far this month I am at 150/1700 min.

Okay here is my update for the last 4 days.

I am rounding to the closest 15 minutes each day. I made up a little grid to write it down on so I can post once a week or so.

1st - 45 minutes (gym)
3rd - 15 min (wii fit)
4th - 15 min (wii fit) - might do a little more this evening.

So my total so far is 75/510.

I am almost 1/5th of the way there. I can do this no doubt. Just keeping me focused.

35 minutes of Wii Fit this morning before Church, and another 30 minutes tonight so that puts me at

135/700

I did 50 minutes of lower body exercises today, so I'm at 101/700. I haven't done that particular workout in several months, so I expect I'll be feeling it when I wake up tomorrow!
 
Great job everyone!:yay: I walked for 35 minutes so I'm at 60/600. (I think that's about 60 more than last month:thumbsup2 )
 
I did 30 minutes of free step on the Wii fit, plus a few other exercises for a total of 44 minutes tonight. That puts me at 79/500.
 
I did 52 minutes this morning. That's 172 out of 1500.

I'm going to add some treadmill to my new regiment of Wii tomorrow.
 
Yay, I'm excited to be back on Disboards and especially back with WISH. I was on before with a different username but then started to stray away and forgot all of my user info. my goal for this month is 1750 :) thanks a ton!!
 
I'm up to 148/1100 mins and 12.25/90 miles for the month. :woohoo: That puts me over 10%
 
60 minutes today. 232/1500.

My abs are still so sore from yesterday's hula hoop extravaganza! I did more step today instead.
