January Exercise Challenge-Start the New Year Off Right!!!

OK, back from a weeklong hiatus. We went to WDW for DH to run the marathon. I'm not counting skipping up Main Street or walking 10-12 hours a day.

60 minutes of kickboxing tonight.

Back from WDW where I actually did go to the fitness center and use the equipment!!

Definitely need to pick up the pace to complete this challenge.
 
HI,

45 minutes of snow shoveling today, got 3 inches of the white stuff. I followed this by 10 minutes of stretching

Time to update....today's exercise involved shoveling snow as more snow fell...I mean treadmills feel like you're getting nowhere fast, but this whole shovel while it's snowing thing puts it in a whole new perspective! :rotfl2:

Lots of exercise today with 60 minutes of heavy cleaning per the BL challenge, plus 55 on the bike tonigth. Hopefully, I didn't overdo it after my cold and am feeling good tomorrow. 1025/14000.....1025/18000
 
654/600!!!!!! I haven't been getting on to post my daily times, but hallelujah! I made my goal. Haven't lost any wait, but i haven't gained any either. So next month I plan not only upping my exercise time commitment, but also my healthier eatting commitment. Thanks everyone for the support and encouragement.

I was able to get out today for 40 minutes, so I'm 800/1000. I think I'll still be able to make my goal.
 
60 min group power- Saturday
60 min cardio sculpt- Tuesday
45 min pilates Tuesday.

1375/2000.
 
Another 112 minutes the last few days, so now I'm 581/720. Bring on the orange-I'm 75% of the way there!
 
45 minutes tonight so I'm now 605/600! I did it! Will definately have to set a higher goal next month!
 
I have 90 more minutes to add bringing me to 760/700 with quite a few more days to go! I thought I was being conservative, I'll make sure I up my totals for next month.
 
60 minutes at thegm with a personal trainer. I'm exhausted. Up to 390/600.

Hello,

Nordic track when I got home from work today,

3.4 miltes, 50 minutes, 370 calories burned. Stretched for 10 minutes and 45 sit ups.

January looks like this. 896/900.

I guess next month I need to revise my exercise committment minutes up a little.
 
Well my stamina for speed apparently isn't back up to par yet, but I did get 30 minutes of walking in today. Plus, 40 minutes of heavy cleaning in the basement (the family is loving the BL challenge on this one!) and 20 minutes of strength exercises. 1110/1400.....1110/18000
 
Well I think I did myself in redoing my goal to 2000. My knee is so sore I had to leave step after about 30 min. So tonight I am just going to walk and do pilates. I hope that doesn't hurt too much. I guess this old body just can't keep up with the young ones. I think I did it on the bosu. I had a softer one and it's hard to stay on.
