January Exercise Challenge-Start the New Year Off Right!!!

30 more minutes tonight so I'm 340/600.
 
10 minutes of walking today and 45 on the bike tonight for 675/1400.....675/18000

ETA: I forgot to add my 20 minutes of strength training from last night so make it 695/1400.....695/18000

The gym finally opened. 50 minutes with everything combined there for yesterday. I'm up to 210 out of 600.

Okay, I've got another 100 minutes to add so I'm at 535/700. Not as many minutes as I was hoping more minutes next week.

I'm looking forward to my weekend long run to try to get caught up for the month.
 
I got in 40 on the bike last night to bring me to 735/1400....735/18000
 
Haven't posted in two days so I am 1110/1000. So I guess I will change to 2000? Do you think that's too much?
