30 minutes today so I am at 310/900 for January.

The snow is all melted except for the "piles" from shoveling the driveway. It was 54 degrees when I got out of work and saw a couple of motorcycles out, what a site for January in Michigan. The end of the week we are back to winter, with snow in the forecast.

I had to duck out of aerobics 10 minutes early to pick the kids up tonight, so only 50 minutes.

Wow these boards are really slow tonight.

I did a 60 min step class, 20 min on the bike & 15 of weights. It was so crowded I couldn't get to much. SO I am 315/1000.

So I was a slaker in December and didn't finish, but I'm in for the year, and for the month (obviously if I'm in for the year) anywhoo count me in for 1200mins for Jan, and 15000 mins for the year. Thanks

Hi, everyone. I did 30 minutes of bellydancing yesterday. Intended to work out again today, but overslept and almost missed my vanpool, so will have to make that up later in the week.

So for now I'm at 30/450.

Thanks for all your hard work, Vern - I really appreciate the encouragement this thread is giving me to get my butt in gear!

41 Minutes on the elliptical this morning so that brings me to 359/1500
 
I want in! I fell off the wagon hard last spring and didn't get back up for a while. So I am trying to get myself back on track. I want to commit to 20 miles this month and 985 miles for the year. That's the distance from my house to the mouse. So far I've done:

Does anyone here use a pedometer? I have one and am thinking about putting it back on so I can keep track of my steps for the day. Today I walked around Meijer and Wal-mart, doing grocery shopping.
