January Exercise Challenge-Start the New Year Off Right!!!

I have been doing crunches and riding the stationary bike. I am now at 100/600. I probably should revise my goal.

I just bought the dancing with the stars game for play station 2 today I did it for hour it was a pretty decent work out on some of the songs but I dont feel like I did that much for a work out. But the game is fun never the less.
So I am now at 120/1000

I figure with putting away the tree decorations, up and down the stairs and putting away the Christmas trees, 30 more minutes.

Its been a few months since I've been on this forum. I'd love to join in and set a goal of 600 minutes this month. Starting slow. I've exercised 3 times since 1/1 so my total right now is 100/600. Boy I have no idea what to put for the year. How about 12,000 minutes - :rolleyes1? We;ll see. Have fun everyone!
 
I'm at 124 minutes the first few days, so now I'm 124/720.
 
I did some sporatic exercise today...so far anyways I hope to hit the gym tonight for at least another hour on either the bike or treadmill
I played basketball for an hour today I did 30 minutes of dancing w/ the stars DDR I did some belly dancing and some weight exercises.. ( i found a tv channel FitTV that has exercise shows on it but I dont like the commercials but its still good cause ive actually been doing some of them not just sitting watching them :cool1: )

I am at 255/1000

I was out of town so I am jumping in a few days late. Put me down for 1100 minutes this month and 15000 minutes for the year. I had around 13,500 minutes last year so I will have to ramp it up a notch for 2008.

My first report is 79/1100 for this month.
