Thanks rose! I am so pumped for this weekend! Last minute issues has us bringing our son with us so I'm going a bit crazy packing and running and trying to fit in a session with my therapist to fix my neck issues before I leave! However....

40 min run last night plus 10 min arms:

30 min walking

Monday:

30 min C25K

Tuesday:

45 min karate
60 min sword class
60 min Krav Maga

I really need to restart circuit training on the mornings I'm not running, but adding a new type of exercise always makes it hard to get up any earlier than "15 minutes until I have to leave!!" for awhile.
 
16 minutes tabata calisthenics
65 minute walk

I'm having trouble getting out for a run after Sunday. :). I had a massage today and hopefully will get in a 30 min run in the morning.
 
Adding 120 minutes since last posting. Gym, treadmill, other walking and arm and leg workout
