School started back this week, so more walking during the day! Still too cold to really do any exercising outside, but eh, the indoor bike will have to do.

162/700! Got an email from Runtastic I burned 1000 calories this week. That was a first, kind of neat!

Climbing back up there. Got a bug and had to sit out Wednesday. One run yesterday and another from today.

Adding 58 minutes run/walking 5 miles on the treadmill :crazy2: and 7 minutes cool down.
