January Exercise Challenge - First Things First!

60 minutes on Tuesday of spinning. It's 11 degree outside and I'm waiting for it to hit 15 today so I can do a 3-mile run.
 
Did 60 minutes of cardio/strength last night.

So, I'm now at
120/2200

I will update after workout today!
 

Oh, can I join late?

If so, my goal for January is 1000 minutes for the rest of the month.

Gotta shed some pounds before my next trip!

Another 37 min down! At 132 of 700 so I think I am in the purple now right? Woo hoo! Already better than the last time I tried to do this. Going to try an exercise sampler class with a friend on Saturday that's from 9-12. Holy cow!
 
Another snow day means another hour to get the gym! Woohoo!

Adding 120 minutes since last posting. Snow and ice gone! Gym, treadmill, leg exercises and arm and waist exercises, too. Add some walking,and there you go!

Awww thanks! I have decided to give it a shot after all. Who knows, maybe Cali will be my lucky half!

Tuesday:
30 min sword class (was actually over an hour but since it was the very first class a lot of it was spent fiddling with uniforms and such)
60 min Krav Maga

Wednesday:
30 min C25K
45 min karate
30 min weapons class
45 min goshin jutsu

240+
230= 470/2400
 
Tuesday:
Body Blitz, bicycle, and core strength class
