Hi there,
I too was training alot this year. Hated running at first-did it only to spend extra time with hubby. Started the end of April. I starting liking it only about early September, but I was faithful anyway. I did a couple of 5K runs, not races, just runs(I'm so NOT a joiner!) I think I was overtraining and ended up hurting my right calf to the point that I could barely walk. I KNOW BETTER!!
Anyhow, since I live in Ottawa, and it's freaking freezing here, I've not been running, but have been keeping up my cardio and I recently said to my hubby that I would like to get on a treadmill so I can do the run at CC.
