JUST FOR FUN: For anyone bringing a Pal Mickey who wants to dress him for the various occasions - -
In addition to his Passport and luggage, your Pal might want a sailor outfit for the SailAway deck party the first day, a Pirate outfit for Key West and Pirate Night, a tux for formal night, something Mexican for Cozumel, a tropical outfit or repeat the pirate outfit for Grand Cayman, either his tux or some other really spiffy outfit for semi-formal night, and most definitely some beach attire for
Castaway Cay. You may also want to dress him in something special to meet the Captain (who will wear dress whites for a meet 'n' greet evening).
Something playful or cute (attention-getting - LOL) would be appropriate for when he presents his autograph book to the table full of characters at the autograph session. Shorts and t-shirt are suitable for Goofy's exercise class or for his jog or walk (with you doing the work of course) around Deck 4. If you have a chef's outfit, that would be SO impressive at the various onboard chef's presentations/classes. Your Pal may also find nightclub attire useful - something from the 50's, 60's, 70's or 80's. And if Mickey plans to do karaoke, anything really "showy" or flashy would score points. Don't forget shoes - sneakers, sandals, slippers for lounging. Speaking of lounging - he may want pajamas and a robe for hanging out in the stateroom relaxing. Then there is plain old lounging-around-the-pool wear. Don't forget his sunglasses and a tiny beach towel. And do make sure he wears his finest tux to the Golden Mickeys show. You wouldn't want him to look shabby going down that red carpet for his interview!
If you want to plan around the dining rooms, yes, you can do that. Lumiere's is a Beauty and the Beast theme, so anything from that will do. It is the fanciest of the regular rotation restaurants there (Palo is not a rotation restaurant). For Animator's Palate, start with strictly black and white. Add color later (hahaha). Parrot Cay is casual and colorful so anything goes - especially anything tropical.
And in case you are wondering . . . No, I don't have
all the stuff I just mentioned . . . yet.
