I am in need of some help. This upcoming January my family is planning a 8 night stay at Saratoga Springs with 2 days going to Universal Orlando and 3 days at WDW. My sister who would be going for the first time says that there is too much walking involved and thinks she could only do 2 days. Do you think that there is a slight chance that we could do the big ticket attractions within the four parks in two days? My sister is about 23 but has had a hard time in the past walking all day when we went to Disneyland a year ago.

That probably depends on your definition of the "big ticket" attractions. But is it possible? Sure. I would wait and see the park hours on the days in question and set aside some extra funds for rideshare to help cut down on transport time and to buy genie with ILL reservations.

Trying to do all the big ticket attractions at all four parks in two days would involve as much walking, likely more, as doing it in three days. I say "likely more" because maximizing your time would probably entail criss-crossing the parks to take advantage of temporarily short wait times for certain rides or available lightning lane reservations. Is that really what your sister wants? I know she said she only wants to "do two days," but does she want to walk more in those two days than she would have in three? You may want to clarify what she really wants. Maybe having her enjoy a relaxing day at Saratoga Springs while the rest of you do a third park day may be more what she has in mind. You could let her choose the priorities on those two days and do the rest on your third day.

I think it makes more sense to spread out the big ticket rides over three days than to mush them into two. Set a plan each day using ILL and Genie+ and I think you all can do it.

I see what you mean. I would say rides like space mountain, seven dwarfs mine train and the other rides not located in Disneyland. These rides all seem to be ILL for some reason... I wonder why?

That is why one of my family members said, but since it is her first time there, I would rather try and convince her to do three days than have her all by herself on one day

OK. If all you mean is the top two or three attractions at the four parks, sure you can do that in two days. You may spend a lot of time waiting in lines, but even with long lines and travelling between parks, you can easily knock out ten rides in two days

We obviously may not be able to do everything on the list. Prioritizing will be our next step

Why wouldn't they? I assume anyone can rent a scooter/wheelchair, but I have no personal experience trying to.

Our family is now just pushing 3 parks over a 2 days, which alleviates a little bit of the stress, but she is not wanting to do Magic Kingdom. Is enchantment good enough to where we should try and get there for the fireworks?
