There are hours extensions out for the week starting Sunday, Jan 23. Very happy with it except for the fact that MK is still an 8pm close ONLY on the deluxe extended hour day. I really wanted the full 2 hours without fireworks cutting in. Sigh!!!

For those who booked with Mears, how long did it take to receive your email confirmation? They charged my CC immediately but it has been 3 hours and I have not received any sort of an email confirmation of our trip.

it was a few hours...I booked before I went to bed around 9p and the confirm email was around 3am.

I received a confirmation within an hour after I originally booked a few weeks ago then I received another confirmation yesterday and a 3rd confirmation this morning all for my return trip to MCO and each confirmation showing an earlier pick up now 4 hours prior to my flight! The first confirmation I received when I booked was exactly 3 hrs earlier than my flight.

The first confirmation I received when I booked was exactly 3 hrs earlier than my flight. Also, I booked a round trip but received separate confirmations for arrival and departure. my original arrival pick up time shows my flight arrival time and states that I should receive a text with instructions when my flight arrives.

It was pretty quick after that I got the email confirmation. It definitely did not take 3 hours. I actually got 2 confirmations for both arrival and departure.

I’m thinking that the Mears confirmations are changing as more people are booking as their dates get closer thereby adding guests to Mears schedule and resulting in earlier pick up times as they add passengers and resort stops to their schedule...

Can you get to the airport tonight? I know the snow is still falling but would it be easier on you to stay at an airport hotel tonight so you have a short trip to the airport? I find that planes are really good about flying and seem to function better than the road conditions.... but then again, my part of the country is terrible at treating roads despite having a winter climate!

We are only 10 mins away from the airport.
I am more concerned about the flight being delayed/canceled. But the snow has stopped and the roads are looking good so I am hoping we are in the clear now!

Sorry, I don't think I'll be able to help you as what I'm looking for is confirmation that they received my reservation. I will not have a pickup time as the only direction I'm using Mears is from MCO - Pop Century.

I ended up hanging up on Mears after being on hold for more than 30 mins. Emailed instead. Will see if I hear back from them or, if the confirmation email is sent.

no problem....I am currently booked with Mears for my arrival but cancelled my departure since it was picking us up 4 hours early. Now just trying to decide whether to book return to MCO on 2/2 with Sunshine or go with Uber which would actually drop us off in front of curbside checkin.
Im not surprised you had such a long wait on phone with Mears I’m share they are crazy busy with people changing reservations due to weather. There were 100’s of flight cancellations due to snow storms twice this week.

So happy about this since we are doing AK our arrival day and I was worried about fitting everything in by 7pm. That extra hour gives us a little breathing room!
