125 minutes - horses, walking, pilates (inspired by sophy1996 - should have never stopped doing pilates too long ago to say - forgot how good of a workout it is)
Trying out what others are doing has made me realize how stuck I've been and how much my body has gotten used to the same old thing. I think from here on out my fitness goal will be to try new things. I will continue to walk and ride/work with my horses because I love doing these, but I will also do new things to jolt me out of my comfort zone. Took me almost a month to come up with, but I suppose this will be my 2021 resolution.
