accuweather is my friend again! Our week looks GREAT! It was 6 degrees when I woke up today. I can't even tell you how much I am looking forward to feeling the sunshine and warm temps!

Hi Neighbor! We leave Monday. The weather is looking pretty promising for us next week. We are supposed to have another cold (read: frigid!) front moving through here at the beginning of next week. Sooo glad I will be in Disney!

Hi disneydreamkate, yes, the forecast is looking much more promising than it did last week! 80's a couple of the days! We were there last year around this time and weren't able to swim, so the kids are hoping to get in the pool this time!

We'll be there at Fort Wilderness the 28th until February 7th.

This was my post back in May. We had to cancel our fully paid APs and reservations back in November.

It didn't seem too bad then but now that its only three days away from our previously scheduled departure, what a bummer.

I am at Pop right now waiting out the storms and am a nervous wreck. The crowds are much bigger then I expected. There have been Brazaillian Tour Groups everywhere. They are eveyrwhere and there was one that had well over 100 people in it so anytime you run into them its a mess.

I'll be at Pop in about 18 hours. Veeeeery excited. Hopefully the rain will be over. The forecast for the next days looks pretty good, if a bit cool. We had windchills of 20 below zero last week, so even a cold Florida evening will feel warm to me.

Perhaps I should start packing instead of reading DIS

I was planning to finish packing Sunday. So much for that plan. I'm too busy checking the weather and crowd level changes. (Yes, I need serious help!)

Fortunately I'll be snowed in and working from home the next couple days. That'll help.

We were there last year too...from the 30 Jan to 5 Feb. No swimming for us either. I won't complain though...it was a very nice break from the WNY winters. I bought a new bathing suit today in hopes that I can use it this time...at least we can hit the hot tubs. You have a wonderful trip too!

Had an amazing time at POP and the Cruise on the Magic. Pop is just as beautiful as ever. The new refurbished rooms look great and the new flooring is so much softer.

Now, I just have to wait until June 2012 to get back.

Our abominable snowstorm is over. It brought 15" instead of 4". Whoops! And then the county plowed the road early this morning and dumped a 6' WALL of snow, blocking the entrance to our driveway.

Only one flight today from PHL to MCO looks to be cancelled, so IF (if if if) we can get out of our driveway tomorrow morning at 5:15 AM, we should be able to make our 8 AM flight.

I hadn't really considered the possibility of not being able to get out of my own stinkin' driveway!

Well, we leave tomorrow morning at 6:00--which means we have to leave the house by 4:00 Seemed like a good idea when we bought the tickets! We are hoping that the fog stays away, so we can leave--especially if we have to get up that early! I'm so excited, I'm not sure I'll be able to sleep anyway!

The Brazilian tour groups are a nightmare!!! When we were at MK on 1/16 it was so crowded and the groups were so rude! I will never go back in January again. I'll stick with the cheerleaders in Feb. Ugh

I thought the Brazilians were supposed to be in WDW in July. I always read July. I was at WDW last January and didn't have a single problem. No lines, small waits and super small crowds. What happened?????

We were at WDW the 13th through the 19th. The only time we had any crowds at all were the Saturday and Sunday of Martin Luther King Weekend. There were lots of Brazilian tour groups, but the only time it was a pain was when their entire group had a fast pass for a ride at the same time that we did, but if we saw that we just left and went back to use our fast passes a little bit later. We thought the parks were empty!
