Happy December Snowbirds!

Glad you all had happy weekends and found good sales!!! We are officially on Holiday Break!!! So, I can spend some sneaky-time getting ready for our upcoming trip and our Christmas baking!!

Mindy-good for you with the marathon-geez, I don't think I could do that How sweet that your brother asked you If my brother EVER asked me it would be very scary---but then he would probably trip me or something!!!

Okay in between tests I get a moment to post!! I really am going to have to hop onto some of these online deals. Today only Old Navy is offering free shipping and 20% off I already had somethings in mind so I'm going to hit that up at lunch!!

Well I got a doctors appointment today at 4:30pm hopefully he'll be able to help me out with my lower pain, it seems my kidneys have been hurting me recently.

Well here is my countdown...

5 days until Christmas Young Couples Christmas Party
12 days until Cantada Dress Rehersal (I'm playing a role in the play)
12 days until Teens Christmas Party (That I'm in charge of YIKES)
18 days until the last day of School and two weeks off for me WOOT
24 days until Christmas YAY!!!
30 days until New Year's Eve
36 days until I return back to school to work
46 days until I leave REALLY EARLY in the MORNING for DISNEY!!!!

Must be southern WI that got all that snow! We have flurries here, nothing too bad but awfully windy! But it doesn't matter, it's DECEMBER!

Remember when the Animation Studio was actually a working studio, too? We saw them work on Mulan and Lion King in real time there.

That's what we miss. One of my Husband's favorite moments was when he was at the Animation Studio in 1993, he was able to speak with an Artist working on one of the Pride Rock sequences for Lion King.

It's Movie Time Monday on the Disney Channel- they're showing Tinkerbell! My kids were in bed by the time it came on last night so I'm glad it's on again today!

Anyone else feeling overwhelmed? Between Christmas and Disney I have a To Do list a mile long!!! Evey weekend this month is booked with something to do.

Hello everyone! I didn't get a chance to Dis yesterday. I had the World's Largest Disco! We had practice in the morning, I had to run some errands and then the disco was at 8pm. We always do two dances on the big stage they have there. Well, we did one that my friends choreographed and then we got to dance on stage with the Brady Bunch! Well, the three boys and the woman who played Cindy. It was awesome! We danced to "Sunshine Day" and did some "authentic" Brady moves. Amazing!

I love the Brady Bunch- I watched it every day after school! Sounds like you had a "dance fever" good time!

I forgot to tell you guys. My big brother asked me yesterday if I wanted to start training with him to run the marathon in two years. I am so excited and nervous. I have a lot of work to do before then.

I was in the skit for the Backlot Tour...I didn't know what I was getting in too. That was in May 2005...no Golden Girls house. We went in May 2001, I don't remember the skit...but the houses were still there. I would rather have the house tour than the skit...which I think is boring if you've already seen it.

Someone asked if anyone else was feeling a bit OVERWHELMED with all the things that have to be done...that is a resounding YES!! I still haven't gotten my tree up yet...what is wrong with ME!!!!! I'm not even sure when I'm going to find time LOL!!!

I have to work up my to do list. I have the decorating done, WHEW! Next weekend DH is working day and night so I think that will be baking time!! Have to figure out what I will bake and what I need to buy.

I think I told you all that we have decided to forego the dining plan altogether. Of course, that's subject to change pending DH's mood! He is still considering the QSDP - I think he just wants the mug!! Like I wouldn't buy one for him. We are using our Disney Visa so much, and putting the balance of the trip on it, we will have so many rewards $, we can buy all our meals with that!

And it sounds like this winter is shaping up to give us some snow! We got 2 storms in the last 4 years, so this PA family is ready for the real deal. I love the look of it, but not the work of it!

However on the Christmas pressie front, I have done extremely well and have bought many of the gifts that were on my list...just have to do my Mom and Uncle...of course it only counts when they are actually wrapped.

My to do list is so large I'm afraid to write it all down LOL!

My poor DS. School just called me - he wasn't acting right and said he was cold. They sent him to the nurse - he has a 103 fever! Poor guy. DH went to pick him up. I feel so bad - he was acting okay this morning.

Of course, we have our tree in a corner that can be seen through the front window. We don't decorate the part that is in the corner - except those ornaments that the kids think "have" to go on, even though they're hideous!!
