Just wondering if most of you are dressing up for the Pirate's night and if you are dressing in your Pirate attire for dinner as well.

Our friends just brought over the pirate princess dress that they made for DD. It is adorabe. Can't wait for pirate night.

So sorry we missed watching the Dream leave today.

Those of you who are doing WDW before, are you taking the bus from the resort? We will be leaving from AK.

This is going to be the LONGEST week of work ever!

I have been a busy beaver and have not had time to get to know everyone on this thread but I am sure we will have plenty of time to chat on the ship. We decided to go all out with a Tangled theme to decorate our stateroom door so my DH and I have been soooo busy. I am on pins and needles with my fish extender. The person I purchased it from had some unexpected family challeges but she came thru. My fish extender is coming in the mail tomorrow. I hope it gets here before we leave.....

We are so excited and cannot wait to meet you all!

We had a few mishaps but all in all it should be cool. Transporting the door supplies and all the fish extender items is going to mean extra luggage. I am dreading packing tonight. We are going to WDW a few days before and after the cruise. I hope the weather is nice because I really do not want to have to pack a coat. Let's keep our fingers crossed. It is after all January!!

hey everyone. we are cruising with our 3 little boys for the first time on the Dream and are so excited!

we would LOVE to participate in the fish extenders but don't really understand the process. what should we do? i did purchase something to hang from our door today from IKEA that will work perfectly! we'll "Disney it up" a bit before we board!

i know i'm behind the times but would someone be willing to clue me in to the process and how we can participate? thanks so much!

Has anyone been on the Aqua Duck? Is it scary, fast, slow, etc? Is it OK for non-swimmers? DD is apprehensive.

OK I have to admit, I have a phobia of heights.

I decided I'd go with my son but scared as it is about a million feet in the air as you go over the ocean section. (yes it does hang out about 20 feet past the edge of the ship) But once you get in there and it's starts moving, all you see is the hills and slopes and not much around you. Compared to Rock N Roller Coaster and Space Mountain, it's not fast at all. More of Maelstorm in Norway at Epcot. You will get wet as the water jets soak you. But I had fun and will do it again.

There is a video on youtube where someone carried their camera with them. That may show her its not bad.

hi all, just thought we'd let you know that we are having a whale of a time so far in orlando. as we always do. looking forward to our cruise
as for delivering our FE gifts, think the wife will be doing a few cabins at a time so no particular day for us. got myself some pirate accessories to join in the fun. but right now we are off to epcot to have a drinking tour of the world......best do the rides first!!

Also the list I have doesn't include your 17 year old son - is he coming and included in the FE?

Hey y'all. Can't wait til Sunday. Got here Tuesday and crowds have been almost non existent. But man it was COLD this afternoon. Saw lots of sweatshirts being sold at the Hollywood Studios gift shops.

We're just glad to be here. Our moving date got moved up, and we literally finished up emptying a 6 bedroom house just 18 hours before we got on the plane - please still love us after FE exchange. We are normally more put together. Life has a way of getting in the way. But at least we're on vacation and hopefully gonna make new friends from all over.

Last day of school/work for us. We fly tomorrow and stay at Hyatt MCO. Can't wait to see everyone.

Question for the experienced cruisers. I am doing P90X and plan to bring my laptop to the gym to work out. Is the gym very crowded? I want to try to go at a time when my video won't disrupt others.
